Justin J. Anderson

Justin J. Anderson represents clients in all types of personal injury and wrongful death litigation, including automobile collisions, trucking accidents, maritime/offshore injuries, and premises liability.

Mr. Anderson was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana. He attended Louisiana State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science from the E.J. Ourso College of Business. From there, he obtained his Juris Doctor and a Graduate Degree in Comparative Law (D.C.L.) from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where he wrote on the shifting landscape of insurance doctrines in Louisiana law.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Anderson was admitted to the Louisiana Bar and served as the judicial intern for the Honorable Carol B. Whitehurst, Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court, Western District of Louisiana. He later joined the firm in 2025.

Mr. Anderson is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, the Lafayette Bar Association, the Lafayette Young Lawyer’s Association, and the Louisiana Association of Justice. He is licensed to practice before all state and federal courts in Louisiana.

Justin is a seventh-generation resident of Lafayette Parish, with a family presence dating back to before the statehood of Louisiana. Outside of the office, he is a dedicated hunter and outdoorsman. He enjoys traveling with his family and supporting various charitable causes in the local community.
